2. Travel Inquiry & Custom Quotation Process
Submitting an inquiry through our forms or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are finalized only after route details, vehicle choice, travel dates, and price quotations are explicitly confirmed in writing or direct communication with Glen View Travels.
3. Permits & Traveler Documentation
Domestic Indian tourists visiting Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and Mizoram require an Inner Line Permit (ILP). Travelers are responsible for providing valid government photo ID proofs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport) for permit processing.
4. Weather & Mountain Road Conditions
Northeast India is a mountainous terrain subject to sudden weather shifts, heavy monsoons, landslides, or road maintenance closures. Glen View Travels reserves the right to re-route or adjust daily itineraries in consultation with travelers to ensure safety.
